Another 60pointer score for bees, although two previous have been removed from the league table after the collapse of Oxford Speedway.
Following on from a defeat at title favourites Swindon, bees got into the groove from the outset, a shared first heat was then preceeded by 8 heat vicories and a 20 point advantage after heat 9. Aces tried usng reserve Adam Skornicki as a double point tactical ride in heat 8, but both bees' riders outgated and outrode him. A paid maximum from Chris Harris and only one dropped point for Scott Nicholls should bode well for Monday nights British Final, which this year is being held at Monmore Green home of the Wolverhampton Wolves. After the meeting Scott, Chris and Rory Schlein could be seen on track doing some testing. |
